The Newman Center is a multidisciplinary arts center where they strive to be a cultural anchor of a thriving, dynamic and inclusive 21st-century Denver. I was responsible for building relationships with local and international arts organisations and connecting them to local customers.
After closing its doors for over one year during COVID-19, The Newman Center wanted to relaunch with the view of encouraging fresh, diverse and younger faces. The key was to leverage our loyal subscribers in a way that would attract all members of the community to enjoy performing arts together.
Coupling print and digital ads in well-known culture forums such as The Denver Post with targetted new outreach for historically excluded audiences. Implementing grass roots outreach to LatinX and Black-owned businesses, paid influencer emails / social media and sharing discount codes with industry allies.
